Bridgeland Hidden Creek Detention Pond and Mass Grading
Sonora Construction excavated 300,000 cubic yards of material to construct detention and amenity ponds and filled approximately 100 acres to create multiple sections of single family lots for Howard Hughes Development.
Laurel Park Detention and Mass Grading
Sonora Construction excavated 465,000 cubic yards of material to construct an amenity and detention pond and filled approximately 150 acres to create multiple sections of single family lots for Hines Development.
Town Lake Green Detention and Mass Grading
Sonora Construction excavated 205,000 cubic yards of material to construct a detention pond and filled approximately 60 acres to create four sections of lots for Chesmar Homes.
Sawmill Ranch Detention
Sonora Construction excavated 130,000 cubic yards of material to construct a series of amenity and detention ponds, constructed a pipe connection consisting of six 48″ diameter storm sewers side by side, and various slope paving sections for Meritage Homes.
The Parkway Detention and Mass Grading
Sonora Construction excavated 225,000 cubic yards of material to construct a series of interconnected amenity and detention ponds and filled approximately 40 acres to create three sections of lots for Sueba Development.
Lakes of Savannah Detention and Mass Grading
Sonora Construction excavated 350,000 cubic yards of material to construct an amenity and detention pond and filled approximately 145 acres to create multiple sections of single family home lots for Friendswood Development.
Cypress Creek Lake Amenity Pond
Sonora Construction excavated material to construct this amenity pond and placed excavated materials to create a pad site for the recreation center. The lake was constructed with a concrete wall edge around the perimeter for Mischer Development.
Elyson Development Amenity, Detention Ponds and Mass Grading
Sonora Construction excavated 1,100,000 cubic yards of material to construct the original drainage system for the master planned community and filled approximately 700 single family lots for Newland Development.
